Ashok Mittal, Insolvency Professional, informed the BSE Limited that the Eighth Meeting of the Committee of Creditors of Dhruv Wellness Limited, a company undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, was scheduled to be held on Thursday, 18th December 2025, at 12:30 P.M. at Axis House, Worli, Mumbai, with the delay in the intimation attributed to an oversight.
